RETURNS INFORMATION

We will be happy to exchange goods if they are returned to us in mint condition and in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. In the interests of hygiene this does not apply to pierced earrings.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

For the return of goods, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned items.

Powder Beauty Boutique does not accept any responsibility for postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Postage costs cannot be refunded. Exchanges are possible, but postage will be charged for the item sent out in exchange.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you should receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within seven days. We will help you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible by delivering another item, replacing your order or refunding the amount paid.
