DELIVERY INFORMATION

Powder beauty Boutique will do everything we can to dispatch your order within the same day if ordered before 2pm. Subject to availability and payment approval.

We are currently offering FREE delivery on all our products.

Please note: delivery lead times are extended over public holidays.

DELAYED OR LOST DELIVERIES
If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us and we will do everthing we can to trace your item. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of dispatch. This is due to Royal Mail’s policy. It is only then that the Royal Mail classes items as being lost.

International delivery - Unforunately Powder do not currently deliver internationally as we cannot offer the same level of guarentees for this service.

Items not received but tracked as being delivered - This frequently happens when items are delivered to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for for it. In these cases for a small charge, you can request a proof of delivery certificate from the Royal Mail (www.royalmail.com) by filling in a signature request form. Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to your home address.

Powder Beauty Boutique cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.

Force Majeure
Powder Beauty Boutique shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
