BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

To secure your appointment a non refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking.
Please give at least 48 hours notice should you wish to cancel an appointment as a courtesy to both our therapists and other clients. Giving this notice will enable us to re schedule your treatment to a more convenient time. Failure to give at least 48hrs notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit or 50% of the value of your gift voucher.

Clients who have previously missed 2 or more appointments may be asked to pay in full when booking for a treatment.

Please note that deposits are non refundable.

Valuables
Please ensure that you retrieve all your valuables before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

New Clients
Please arrive 5 mins before your treatment time to allow yourself time to complete our client details form. All personal details taken from clients will be kept secure and held in the strictest confidence.

Gift Vouchers
A perfect gift for all occasions, gift vouchers are available by phone or at reception in the shop. Valid for 6 months from purchase. Gift voucher treatments are subject to our usual booking & cancellation policy.
Failure to give at least 24hrs notice will result in forfeiture of 50% of the value of your gift voucher.

Privacy
All of your information is held by us in strict confidence. We do not pass any of your details onto any 3rd parties.
